Begin your Journey to Next experience with a warm welcome from the retreat team. Check luggage, enjoy refreshments, and meet fellow attendees as you ease into the weekend. Then gather around the table for a nourishing breakfast and meaningful conversation, designed to foster authentic connections and establish community.

9:30 – 9:45 AM

Welcome & Grounding Meditation with the Semicolon Sweetheart

Every meaningful journey begins with intention. Participants will be welcomed and guided through a grounding meditation experience designed to quiet distractions, create presence, and establish a foundation for reflection, connection, and growth.

10:00 – 11:00 AM

GRATITUDE Circle

Through facilitated conversation and shared reflection, attendees will honor the people, experiences, lessons, and moments that have shaped their journey.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Journeying to Next: GICA Teaching

This interactive session introduces the Journey to Next framework and GICA methodology, helping participants understand the roadmap guiding their transformation.

INTROSPECTION Readouts

Using Alignment Assessment results, participants explore areas of strength, opportunity, alignment, and growth while identifying patterns influencing their current season.

12:45 – 2:15 PM

Lunch + Introspection Panels

Enjoy a nourishing lunch while engaging in expert-led conversations focused on wellness, leadership, finances, health, and personal growth, informed by attendee survey responses.

2:15 – 4:30 PM

Room Check-In, Reflection Break & CLARITY Goal Journaling

Settle into your room and enjoy quiet time for rest and reflection. Then, through guided prompts and intentional reflection, transform your insights into vision, identify priorities, and define meaningful goals for your next chapter.

Personal Reflection & Free Time

Unstructured time to rest, journal, connect with fellow attendees, explore the property, or embrace stillness.

Candlelit Dinner, Live Music & Favorite Things Wellness Exchange

Gather for an unforgettable evening of meaningful conversation, beautiful ambiance, and exceptional cuisine as you are enveloped in melodic tunes from a live band. The evening continues with our Favorite Things Wellness Exchange, where attendees share wellness products, books, resources, and practices that have positively impacted their lives, creating connection and practical takeaways for everyone in the room. 8:30 – 9:30 AM

Refresh, Pack & Room Check-Out

Time to prepare for departure, gather belongings, review reflections, and transition into the final stage of the Journey to Next experience.

9:30 – 11:00 AM

Becoming Her: The Clarity-to-Action Experience

The signature capstone of Journey to Next. Over breakfast, participants integrate insights from the full retreat and create a personalized 90-day roadmap. Each participant concludes with a personal declaration and commitment to action.

11:00 – 11:30 AM

Closing Ceremony & Sisterhood Send-Off

The retreat concludes with a celebration of growth, courage, connection, and community. Leave encouraged, supported, and equipped for the journey ahead.

12:30 – 2:30 PM

VIP Coaching Sessions

Exclusive one-on-one coaching sessions for VIP attendees focused on refining action plans, identifying roadblocks, strengthening accountability, and creating customized strategies for the next season. VIP Immersion attendees only.
